How do I submit a data reference challenge?

Customers who subscribe to the OP pricing service may challenge valuations and submit additional information, such as dealer quotes not reflected in OP or off-platform trades. Submitted information is reviewed and may, but not necessarily, result in a revised price.

To submit a data challenge please email datasupport@octaura.com and provide the loan ID (cusip, FIGI or LX ID), the information you would like to challenge and the value you would like the information adjusted to.
